I purchased your Fresh From the Vegan Sliw Cooker book in Mendocino California. I use my slow cooker 2-3 x per week and I am completely in love with your recipes! They are delicious and healthy fitting in with my move toward healthier eating habits.
It’s my “go to” book theses days and every single recipe I try is beyond my expectations. I love your soup recipes especially the lentil, black bean and tomatoe. I look forward to using my slow cooker with your help throughout this winter. Thank you so much!
