I am in the very beginning stages of transitioning my diet to one that is more plant based. At this point I would be happy to get to where I am eating vegetarian but vegan is the ultimate goal. Any of your cookbooks look like they would be very helpful but the Vegan on the Cheap sounds like it would be really helpful. By the way, love the new look of your website.

Hi Robin- I would like to win a copy of Vegan Fire and Spice. It is my favorite cookbook of all cookbooks. I had well used copy for the last few years and gave it away last month to a woman, an omnivore, who is moving closer to a plant-based diet. She had dinner at our house as part of a group exploring our human relationship with other animals. She asked lots of questions about making the transition from omnivore to a plant-based diet including which was my favorite cookbook. When she said she loved spicy food, there was no doubt. I gave her my much loved, food-spattered, sauce-dribbled, spice-smelling copy. I miss it. Vicky

Quick fix vegan!
I would LOVE to win party vegan! I always need finger foods since I love to have appetizer suppers. Especially with a toddler and in summer!
Robin, I wanted to make a hungarian goulash for my husband and myself, being a vegan for a long time I looked and wanted to find something new, so I found your hungarian Goulash, but you put sauerkraut into it. No-one that I ever met in Hungary ever uses sauerkraut in the goulash. So I decided to use the one that aunt used to make with meat of course and I used only the mushrooms, but followed the recepy absolutely exactly and it was wonderful. If you were interested, I would like to send the receipe to you, Otherwise I love your books and follw many of the receipes. By the way, I am german by birth and was raised very close to Hungary.
